Maximum 3 clients working on the floor to ensure a private and focused exercise environment.

A private studio located at 209 Bruce Park Ave, only 1 minute from Greenwich Ave. Fully equipped with Cybex, Nautilus, Life Fitness weight machines along with complete dumbbells, barbells, TRX, treadmills, stationary bikes, ellypitcals, and stairclimber. Parking available.
